Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns, but exchanges are possible in the following cases:

When can you exchange an item?

  • If you ordered the wrong size

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective

Shipping costs for exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We cover the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requesting an exchange

Always contact us before sending an item back. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item or size you would like to receive instead (note that we cannot always guarantee availability of the same item).
